If you are like me- waiting around for something to happen or worst for someone to give you something is so annoying! You are so bored, You flip through tictok, facebook and you-tube until your data is zilch. Once the data is gone, you literally feel like can someone please just shoot me to end this misery! You think of a million things you could have done if you had the money. Finally, the bus arrives! OMG

While these are some of the emotions one could experience during the wait for the next big thing, the unordinary person knows if the wait time isn't used wisely, one may never get out of cue.

Let's say it is your intention to add value to your home. As apposed to focusing on the negatives like I don't have any money, you might decide to check thrift shops and or neighbors, coworkers for items they may have sitting in the basement or garage that you very well could use. After all if its in your basement, the chance is slim to none that that owner you will every use that table or chair. It gets forgotten and its not until you ask do you become its new owner.

One Christmas Saturday I took a drive through the wealthier neighborhoods. I noted couches, tvs flower pots that with a little cleaning and refurbishing would beautify an area of your house. Some people may say why would I want to use someone's old could or tv? They threw it away for a reason right?

What you think and do as you transition to better makes the difference between you feeling motivated or demotivated. Especially if the money in your pockets is miniscule. In the waiting room, I have completed 15 audiobooks in a year, learned to build a website; saving $5000 dollars in the process, and learned to make educational videos.

Dreams often become just dreams because so many people feel to get where they want to go all the stars must be perfectly aligned. If these are your thoughts then 30 years will pass, and your hair will be grey and you will still be stuck doing the same boring thing! Your waiting room is your mental space- the psychology you adopt as you wait!

If you make it your business to learn as you wait, life will feel meaningful. What you do in the waiting room is completely up to you. So wait in wisdom!
